About Us
M.Y. Workforce Solutions and Consulting Inc. (MYWSC) is an organization that specializes in strategic workforce development initiatives with the goal of assisting stakeholders of the apprenticeship community in the preparation of today's workforce for tomorrow's opportunities.
Melissa Young has over 25 years of experience working in various aspects of workforce development and governance including recruitment and the management of boards and committees.
Stakeholders include all levels of government, labour organizations, employer's and employer associations, and the not-for-profit sector.
Ms. Young has been a voice for those that may not have the capacity or resources to address the key workforce issues of their organization including the development of and implementation of strategic initiatives.
